How does it work?

Your programme of support and development is designed with you to deliver with impact against mutually-agreed objectives. A typical programme lasts
3 – 6 months. Your coach meets you face-to-face and is also available to you seven days a week online and/or by telephone/Skype.

Individuals and teams have access to various techniques and diagnostic tools for discovery and self-awareness (eg MBTI®, Belbin®, Packtypes®, 360° and Appreciative Inquiry).

Team development usually includes tailored facilitated workshops and events. Various tools can be utilised to assist your team to reflect on its strengths and challenges and to measure progress.
